VR Art Film, 2016/2017
Inspired by the play „The Dinner Party“ (1974-1979) from Judy Chicago Sasha Waltz created a new cheoreography with only women dancers. The performance takes place in the empty St. Elisabeth Church, where the dancers as well as the recipients are on the same stage to share one experience. INVR.SPACE filmed the choreography using Nokia OZO and was also responsible for the postproduction. For the 360° premiere of the choreography INVR.SPACE also provided the event with GearVR’s including our CinemaApp for the viewers.
