Social VR Platform, 2020
The Covid-19 pandemic changed our everyday life and the way we look at our world. In response of the lockdown, the Autrian Cultural Forum initiated “NYC – THIS IS US”, a musical tour by seven NYC-based Austrian artists. Apart from the videos, they also wanted to invite people from all around the world to take part and join the artists in an unique experience – a virtual meet greet.
“MEET AND GREET NYC – THIS IS US (XR)” is a multi-level immersive experience exclusively created for the ACFNY by GO!insideVR in partnership with INVR.SPACE and HTC Vive. New York production by Akmyrat Tuyliyev in association with Yvonne Grzenkowicz and Animation Nights NY. VR-world concept and design by Jens Kull.
